The Facilities: The Caboolture Show Grounds is a highly suitable venue. Caboolture lies on the cross roads of the Bruce Highway running North / South and on the D?Aguilar Highway running East / West. The Caboolture showgrounds boast easy accessibility, modern stables and clean, comfortable camping facilities, Hot showers, ATM and an excellent Canteen not to mention a full-sized indoor arena and grandstands, Also a courtesy bus to the local Hotels, Motels and Shopping Centre.
The Sale Process: In addition to the sale ring itself the SEQ Triangle Horse sale offers ample indoor area to show off your horse to prospective buyers throughout the day. The sale does not start until late afternoon and the gates open early, this gives buyers and sellers the majority of the day to display and inspect the horses on offer. Our website enables the Vendors to display their horses via video weeks prior before the Sale. In addition vendors will be given the opportunity before the sale to display their horse working cattle in the indoor arena.

The Cost:
Unlike all other performance horse sales, there is NO booking or catalogue fee. The team at Triangle Horse Sales have specifically tailored the sale in an attempt to include and attract equine enthusiasts from all disciplines. The only selling cost involved is the Commission (on sale only).
The Team: Our professional team at Triangle Horse Sale are equipped with the knowledge and know how to ensure the sale process for both you and your horse is smooth and stress free. Our approach is not "one size fits all? and we can tailor a solution to your specific needs. Our Auctioneers are "Horse People? they understand the finer points of the many disciplines and appreciate good breeding, conformation and ability. Our team are here to listen and make your Auction experience an enjoyable one.
Live Online Simulcast: In addition to our professional team of Auctioneers and Bid Spotters, the sale will offer live online bidding to those who can?t make the sale in person. The online bidding platform allows you to bid in real time and also watch and listen to the sale from the comfort of your own home or mobile phone. This proven online bidding system allows buyers from all over Australia to compete on your Horse! Horses sold online will be cared for by the Triangle team post sale while collection and payment is arranged.

: For those who are unable to make the Auction on the day we offer a Pre-bid option. There is a link provided on our website to register as a pre-bidder.

The Event:In addition to the Twilight Auction the event will include entertainment, a canteen and great family atmosphere.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The highest bidder shall be the Purchaser and in the event of dispute the Auctioneer shall have absolute discretion to settle it or to re- offer the lot.2. The Auctioneer may without giving any reason refuse to accept the bidding of any person or persons.3. No person may advance less at a bid than a sum to be named from time to time by the Auctioneer.4.The Vendors may bid for any lot or lots, and may withdraw any lot or lots either personally or through the Auctioneer or any other person as many times s they may respectively think fit.5. All lots shall be paid for in cash, eftpos or cheque immediately after the sale, on the day of the sale.6. Each lot shall be put up for sale as exhibited, with all faults and errors of description and neither the Vendor nor the Auctioneer shall give any warrant to any Purchaser or be liable for any fault or error of description or lack of genuineness or authenticity of any lot or item in any lot. Purchasers shall accept every lot with all faults and errors of description whether or not any lot or item in any lot is exhibited in any type of container or packaging and whether or not the lot itself or the container or packaging is exhibited with any label, certificate of opinion, other supporting sticker or documents and embossed with any printing or mark.7. The Auctioneer gives no warranty as to the Vendors title to the goods.8. The Auctioneer acts in the sale of goods as agent only, and is not responsible for any default by either Vendor or Purchaser.9. The Auctioneer accepts no responsibility in connection with the commissioning of its staff to bid for any lots. Reserves and commissions given by telephone are accepted at Senders risk and must be confirmed in writing before the date of sale. No lot may be transferred.10. Every person on the auction premises before, during or after the sale shall be deemed to be there at his own risk and with notice of the conditions of the premises. Such person shall have no claim against the Auctioneer in respect of any injury sustained or accident which may occur from any cause whatsoever.11. If the Purchaser shall breach these terms and conditions in any way any lots purchased by him may be resold by public auction or private contract at the risk and expense of the former purchaser who shall be held liable for any deficiency that may arise from such resale together with all costs incurred. Any deposit paid by the Purchaser may be forfeited to the Vendor upon breach by the Purchaser.12. Legal and equitable title to the goods shall remain with the Vendor until payment has been made in full.13. The knockdown of any item sold will be INCLUSIVE of any GST that may apply. No GST shall be added to the knockdown price unless otherwise stated14. All knockdown prices will be subject to a Buyers Premium of 10% unless otherwise noted. This fee is to be paid by the purchaser / buyer of each item.15. By our acceptance of a bidder's card or by bidding at a Town and Country Auction you agree to accept and abide by all said Terms and Conditions listed here or as otherwise noted on the day of the sale. 16. Commissions rates are as follows (subject to change): Horses 8.8%, Saddlery items 15%, Saddles 10%.
